A grad of Nat. Shakespeare Co Conservatory she shares over a decade of Arts Education program development, teacher’s trainings and teaching including: LEAP, Theater in Motion, Phyllis Rose Dance Company, NEC in classic literature, writing, math, crafts, dance, global theater. Adjunct Professor at: SAG Conservatory, Negro Ensemble Co. and NYU/Stella Adler.

A published writer, her solo featured at 92Y, SummerStage, NMAI/Jewish Museum’s Almost Summer Celebration Wagner Park. She co-produced Restoration and Healing, Inc. workshops for trauma, Monrovia, Liberia and has served the Burkina Faso community in Harlem for 10 years. Carmen–One Life to Live; writer/actor AWOL-pilot for Mad TV, featured in several Spike Lee, Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese Films, wardrobe supervisor at The Negro Ensemble Co. Poncé’s family used indigenous wood-bending skills for boat building to rebuild the Audubon House and other landmark houses in Key West. Recently, opened NYC’s 2024 Battery Dance Festival with original piece “Nativacious” and interview with Dutch Embassy.
